Healing Our Children Book Excerpt
Public home schools teach a set of ideas and concepts that have little or no practical application. As a result, this instruction separates your child from life. Life becomes an abstract idea, rather than something to take part in. Teachers, and even parents, do not know what is real in the world and have forgotten what is important; they are out of touch with their true and vibrant selves. And that is what they teach to children in school, how to be out of touch. But even just the words your true self, or who you really are — that divine spark in you — can ignite something in you. And that is what is not talked about in school. The truth of who you are is contrary to the existence of the school system as we know it.
